As a Founder and Facilitator, Crystal's journey is one marked by continuous exploration, learning, and teaching. Her life’s work lies in fostering a profound connection with the natural realm, reminiscent of the sacred bond our ancestors shared with mother earth and all her inhabitants.

Immersing herself in the study and practice of various healing arts, Crystal has been an avid learner and practitioner. Her voyage into self-realization led her to delve deep into diverse healing modalities. Trained as a trauma-informed facilitator, she has honed her skills to create nurturing spaces of healing, transformation, and mindful introspection. Her practice also extends to yoga, breath work, and nature-based meditation, all of which she harnesses to assist others in rekindling their inherent, yet often forgotten, bond with the natural world.

Come 2024, Crystal’s healing journey will embrace a new realm - vocal sound healing. With plans to integrate this practice into her private sessions, she hopes to offer a more nuanced and enriching healing experience.

Crystal’s practical knowledge doesn’t end with the healing arts. Over the past three to four years, she has been earnestly evolving her skills in survival, bush-craft, and plant identification. This exploration will delve deeper with more intensive training scheduled for mid-2024.
